Ordered some Nike shox tL in black and…

Ordered some Nike shox tL in black and orange and the orange parts have what look like black oil marks all over them I want a REFUND DO NOT BUT EVERY PAIR I HAVE SEEN OF THESE HAVE THE SAME FACTORY STAIN!!!

Exceeded my expectations

Exceeded my expectations. A bit worried after reading reviews, but my acronym j47-gt came on time and price was good. Overall excellent experience.

Crazy refund process. Still not received.

A returned a pair of shoes purchased through PayPal (changed mind, unopened) on the 18th May 2021 which were received by 18Montrose on the 19th May 2021. Simple refund you would think.
However, after no refund for two weeks I decided to chase. First to respond Jamie asked for the proof of postage, even though I had given the tracking number. Not happy but I forwarded it on - no response.
I chased again via the contact form on the website (you cannot call this retailer) and this time Branden informed me that they're having issues refunding through PayPal. They now want my bank details to action the refund through BACS payment.
What? I did grudgingly provide bank account details but now five days later still no refund. Sounds like a cash flow problem to me, with no liquid funds to action refunds. Just stalling tactics.
I don't know much about this retailer other than it is owned by a company called Four Holdings, who are backed financially by none other than Mike Ashley.
Hopefully 18Montrose will now read this review and now raise the funds for my refund.

Not very useful response. Asking me to email them again. I did and still no refund. I will now need to see what options are available to force them to refund.
Surely, this is in breach of consumer law. What a shambles of a retailer. I will never, ever place an order with them again.

Very happy customer.

I ordered a pair of Adidas free hiker Pharrell Williams boots, they were the best price anywhere online and you can also use topcashback with 18montrose so made them even better priced. Chose next day delivery and received emails at every stage of order processing. Arrived promptly via DPD the next day, well packaged and in good condition. If these were special editions I'd maybe want another box rather than two bags to protect the product box but no issue for mine and it wasn't damaged anyway and inner bag is a nice touch. I was a bit hesitant due to poor reviews but I did see that most of them seem to be issues around raffles for limited releases so wasn't too worried and I'm glad I didn't let that put me off. I can't say ignore negative reviews as everyone's experience is obviously individual, but all in all I got exactly what I ordered, at the best price on the internet, in good condition and delivered when promised. Can't really ask for much more that. Very happy customer.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. Got an email confirmation of my raffle win on a Wednesday, got delivered on the Thursday. Exactly what I asked for in double quick time. Would like to see shoes delivered double boxed but mine turned up in perfect condition

A truly awful experience with…

A truly awful experience with 18montrose
I bought two pairs of trainers and returned one pair, after sending 20 emails enquiring about my refund, I have had excuse after excuse of my refund being passed through different departments…..I still have not received a refund.
AVOID ordering from 18montrose there are more reliable places to purchase from

Truly awful customer service

Truly awful customer service, trainers purchased, arrived with dirty stain mark on them, sent pictures to customer service team. They do not respond to emails, have had to send trainers back at my expense. Still o response or refund yet! DO NOT USE. AWFUL COMPANY!

Horrible Customer Service, they simply do not reply!
Entered a draw for Nike Dunks, Money Reserved as normal in my account.
6 days later notification I won the item, delivery by DPD to take place 4 days later.
2 days later DPD said they delivered the shoes but hadn't.
Contacted 18Montrose customer service to say I had not received.
18Montrose said this is not our problem as we have confirmation of delivery we have to open a case with DPD.
After this they did not respond to numerous emails (At least 1 a day) requesting an update.
12 Days later and a requested bank investigation, I received an email from Flannels to say money would be refunded in 3 - 5 working days.
Yes this is another Mike Ashley business which explains a lot. Will never use again!!

The lack of sufficient product…

The lack of sufficient product information in their website for a sweatshirt caused me a huge problem. The sweatshirt and their website came up as a result of a google search for “Men Sweatshirt”. When in their website, nothing is indicated that this is a “Women” and not a men. There is no word in product description and not even a word relate this to “women” in the page category and where the web-page was located. The size was L which is normally a men version of sizing convention and not a numerical (12,14,16) which can be related to women sizing in majority of cases. I emailed them with all screenshots and explained so asked them to cover the return postage cost but a customer service member “Emma” responded with some totally irrelevant reasons and excuses. I asked if I can talk to her manager or a customer service manager but she denied and said their contact information is confidential! I have all the proof available and I am going to initiate a complaint. Please be aware who you are dealing with.

GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!

Applied for Yeezy raffle and they still have my money 10 days after the raffle has finished and refuse to give it back or answer my messages. Disgusting way to treat customers.
